Besides yacht owners, their vessel’s managers, insurance underwriters and lawyers, we act for customers from several other sectors, such as yacht builders and suppliers to the yachts. When necessary, several disciplines are brought in and connected in order to ensure the customer will benefit from the best result. To this end, we can boast a network of specialists with experience in superyacht design, engineering, and technical expertise.

Our services to the yacht industry include root cause investigation, tendering and repair, assessing quantum of damage, and assisting with salvage and emergency response. Furthermore, yacht owners have been calling upon us to provide project management, refit supervision, and assistance during construction of new vessels or delivery.

This picture shows a permanently deformed mast of a 72-foot sailing yacht after one of the rods (D2, the second diagonal at the port side) had unturned from its turnbuckle on the mast. Our investigation revealed that the company rigging the mast had not properly secured various turnbuckles. The company was successfully held liable.
